Delivering Results

As a Program Manager you will oversee the execution of software engineering projects and programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, visibility, project delivery, and achievement of strategic objectives.

You will report to senior leadership and follow a flexible working schedule. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Program Strategy and Execution
  • Define and manage program scope, goals, and roadmap.
  • Lead program-level planning and prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members.
  • Facilitate milestone planning and progress tracking.
  • Ensure cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Delivery Management
  • Monitor and report on project and program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Promote delivery excellence through adherence to best practices and internal processes.
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Manage project and program risks and issues.

The Essentials - Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required. The preferred candidate has 5+ years of experience in program or project management, software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
