Placement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Placement Manager to spearhead our campus recruitment efforts. This role requires an individual with a strong background in talent acquisition, HR management, and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy to drive successful career outcomes for graduating students.
  • Prioritize candidates with industry connections and relationships.
  • Achieve individual targets for recruitment, internships, and live projects.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure seamless execution of job responsibilities.
  • Grow new accounts through structured market outreach initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate engagements, including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, and competitions.
  • Manage student career services, providing career counseling, grooming, and interview preparation support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve institutional objectives, including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing, and Admissions teams.
  • Navigate senior professionals in HR and functional leaders to close deals effectively.
  • Achieve placement and internship targets.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR management, or a related field.
  • Strong industry connections and relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
