Key Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a guiding force for prospective learners and their families, assisting them in exploring upskilling opportunities in digital marketing, design, content strategy, and paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized consultations to detail available upskill courses, certification paths, eligibility, curriculum benefits, tools taught, and expected career outcomes.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads via phone, email, messaging apps, and in-person meetings.
  • Meet performance targets while maintaining high standards of transparent and ethical consultation.
  • Generate clear reports to support tracking of lead conversion rates and consultation effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, domain-specific course content, and recruitment strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Empathetic, persuasive, and student-oriented consulting approach with strong interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with an emphasis on process compliance.
