Inventory & Catalog Management
  • Maintain stock records for offline & online sales.
  • Update product catalog with pricing, descriptions, and photos.
  • Track best-sellers and ensure timely restocking.
E-Commerce & Social Media
  • Manage orders (processing, packing, dispatch).
  • Upload & update products online.
  • Post 1 engaging update daily on social media.
  • Reply to customer queries online.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail store management and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiar with social media platforms.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organized, customer-focused, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working full days.
  • Minimum education requirement: graduate
