Job Title:Digital Visual Innovator

We're looking for a creative visual innovator who can push boundaries, think beyond templates, and deliver top-notch design and video content.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Design
    • Design engaging social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
    • Create unique concepts that drive engagement.
    • Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.
  • Brand & Web Design
    • Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements.
    • Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.
    • Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Creation
    • Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.
    • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
    • Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
    • Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
    • Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.
  • AI & Creative Innovation
    • Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows.
    • Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends.
    • Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability
    • Respond quickly to urgent client changes.
    • Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns.
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
