Lead Enterprise WordPress Developer

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade WordPress solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation, with hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a technical team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end WordPress development projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintain documentation for technical implementations.
  • Architect custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless CMS experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other headless CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS (e.g., Webiny, Concentful, Strapi, Sanity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex CMS projects.
