Optimize Application Performance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned performance testing expert to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our applications.

This key role involves leading performance testing initiatives to guarantee that our applications meet exceptional performance standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Testing Strategy: Developing thorough analysis of applications to identify non-functional requirements for performance testing.
  • Test Script Development: Designing, developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts and scenarios, as well as creating effective reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders to elicit requirements and define performance SLAs, expectations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Issue Resolution: Analyzing test results, making sound conclusions, and collaborating with project teams and developers to resolve performance issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilizing various performance monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Azure App Insight, and Mongo Atlas to monitor application performance.
  • Databases and Infrastructure: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as query tools, and knowledge of infrastructure components hosted on Azure and leveraging Kubernetes clusters.

This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in performance testing and related methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of database systems and query tools.
  • Azure and Kubernetes experience preferred.
