IT Infrastructure Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure proposal coordinator to work closely with our teams and produce high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects to create compliant, professionally produced proposals within tight customer-defined deadlines.
  • Understand business needs and develop comprehensive infrastructure solutions considering both functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Analyze and refine proposal content from various stakeholders, including technical experts, sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in SharePoint, Service desk, Workplace services, Datacenter, Network, Compute, storage, Database, IT Service Management, Tools, and Collaboration.
