Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Systems Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex systems, including instrumentation and control systems. Key deliverables include design basis documents, specifications, instrument indexes, I/O lists, functional loop schematics, logic diagrams, and installation drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in preparation of design deliverables, including P&ID reviews and updates.
  • Proficiency in design calculations, such as instrument sizing, control valve sizing, flow meter sizing, safety valve sizing, air and power consumption calculations, thermowell wake frequency calculations, UPS sizing, transformer sizing, cable tray sizing, and cable sizing.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG plants and NEC standards.
  • Knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification.
  • Instrument selection expertise, including all types of field instruments, with exposure to hazardous areas.
