About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Management Trainee.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing statements, developing models, and preparing reports. You will have daily interaction with team members, requiring effective communication, supporting decision-making processes, and assisting with accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.)
  • Support investment memorandums and pitch books preparation
  • Due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to internal process development

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
