About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing timely and accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning, taxation, and compliance. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.

Key responsibilities include developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models, tracking key financial metrics, overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory regulations.

Other duties will include preparing accurate MIS and financial statements, monitoring marketing spends and ROI, analyzing costs, driving operational efficiency, managing cash flow forecasting, vendor payments, and reconciliations, and overseeing inventory finance.

In addition, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc.

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
  • 3–6 years of experience in finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance
