Automated Testing Expert Wanted

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing and maintaining automated test suites for web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software at speed.

  • Implement automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.
  • Develop and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.
  • Schedule nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions.
  • Analyse test results, identify failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
  • Write clear, maintainable, and reusable test code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Improve test coverage, performance, and reliability continuously.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript with solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Experience building and maintaining test frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Jest).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, artifacts, and test plans.
  • Knowledge of AWS: provisioning, IAM, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
