Project Overview:

 

Our team is seeking an accomplished Oracle Financials professional with a strong focus on the Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) to lead complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage entire project lifecycle for Oracle FAH implementations, including initial design, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and final deployment.

- Provide expert guidance to clients navigating FAH functionalities and best practices.

- Leverage 3+ successful Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, showcasing a track record of delivering projects on time.

Functional Configuration & Accounting Standards:

- Configure Oracle FAH modules meticulously to align with diverse and complex accounting standards, catering to global clients.

- Translate detailed business requirements into effective FAH configurations, ensuring accurate financial accounting and reporting.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of accounting principles within the FAH framework.

Client Collaboration & Analysis:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial accounting processes, challenges, and objectives.

- Conduct thorough analysis of current states and design future-state FAH solutions that optimize financial flows and reporting capabilities.

- Effectively communicate design options, considerations, and impacts to clients

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials, with significant expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).

Implementation Track Record: Proven experience leading at least 3 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations involving FAH.

FAH Expertise: Strong functional and configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion FAH modules.

Global Client Experience: Demonstrated experience working with global clients and configuring FAH to meet their specific accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and internal teams.
