Senior Consultant Role Overview

As a key member of the Network Security Professional Services team, you will focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for our customers.

  • Create custom security policies and application signatures tailored to unique client environments
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on security best practices methodologies and serve as a trusted advisor for clients on behalf of Palo Alto Networks
  • Analyze logs and events from the solution and supply in-depth threat analysis reports, offering input and direction as needed
  • Collaborate with our Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot and diagnose cases that require escalation
  • Maintain implemented solutions and offer mentorship on code upgrades, platform changes, and new technology developments
  • Work closely with sales account teams to formulate technical strategies addressing customer business needs
  • Support direct managers in managing business requirements through regular reports and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Engage with account teams to ensure they understand customer business and technical requirements as learned through active client engagement
