Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Utilities C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for large-scale utility implementations. This role requires deep knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M Suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based Architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for Integration with Head-end Systems, and Meter-to-Cash (M2C) Processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep Knowledge: Oracle Utilities C2M Suite, Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based Architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for Integration with Head-end Systems, and Meter-to-Cash (M2C) Processes.
  • Technical Skills: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, Oracle MFT, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Event-driven Architecture, Head-end System Integration, AMI, SCADA Data Flows (via SGG or Custom Adapters), Data Modeling, Batch Processing, Schema Design, Validation Rules within Oracle Utilities Applications, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, Performance Optimization Techniques, Role-based Access Control, Security Policies, Data Privacy Standards.
  • Architectural and Leadership Skills: Enterprise Utility Architecture Design Experience, Ability to Produce High-quality Technical Documentation and Architecture Blueprints, Proven Track Record of Delivering Oracle Utilities Solutions in Large-scale Utility Implementations, Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills – both Technical and Business-facing, Capability to Lead Cross-functional Teams and Conduct Architecture Reviews and Workshops, Risk Identification and Mitigation Planning in Solution Delivery, Exposure to Cloud Migration Strategies and Hybrid Models (on-prem to cloud C2M migration).
