Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned architect to develop and implement solutions for large-scale utility implementations using the Oracle Utilities C2M suite. Key areas of expertise include Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway, and meter-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect enterprise utility architectures
  • Develop and implement Oracle Utilities C2M solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Migrate Oracle Utilities applications to cloud-based platforms

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite
  • Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques
