We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Analytics Manager to join our team.

  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, driving business growth and innovation through data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze claims data to provide actionable insights, such as patient journey mapping and adherence trends, to inform business strategy and optimize operations.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards to support client decision making, delivering high-impact visualizations that drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop team members in a culture of continuous learning and growth, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting with a focus on patient analytics, demonstrating expertise in data analysis, visualization, and strategy development.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards, with a proven track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements, with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
