Job Overview:

This role involves aiding superintendent and craft professionals in assigned areas of the project, ensuring contractor's craft professionals have necessary tools to perform tasks within project policies, procedures, and job site work rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and organize subcontractor activities, coordinating with subcontractor management staff.
  • Review subcontractor construction methods, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate construction operations impact on external interfaces.
  • Enforce policies and procedures established by field construction management.
  • Support construction field engineers, foremen, and craft professionals in interpreting engineering design documents and vendor requirements.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in mechanical engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in piping construction activities.
  • Knowledge of Indian standards and specifications, safety procedures, and practices.
  • Familiarity with Bechtel's Business Ethics handbook and policies.
