Job Summary

This role will aid contractor's superintendents and/or craft professionals in the assigned area of the project. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating subcontract work activities, team development, and ensuring contractor's craft professionals have the necessary tools to perform within specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor's management staff within the area of responsibility.
  • Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.
Key Requirements
  • A recognized degree in Mechanical engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Technical knowledge of all phases of Piping construction activities relating to a single or multiple area including pressure testing methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction activities as they relate to engineering disciplines, cost and scheduling, and contract administration.
