About Our Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an intern in people analytics.

  • This role combines data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention using Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Evaluate data quality, accuracy and communicate insights timely for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL is a plus)
  • Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders.

Qualifications:

  • B-Tech/BE or B-Tech/BE + MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
