Position: Quality Assurance Analyst – Intern

We are hiring Quality Assurance Analyst (Intern) for a 6-month internship with a stipend of ₹15,000/month. Based on performance, this internship will be followed by a permanent role and salary review.

Location: Sector 23, Dwarka, Delhi

Joining: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst Intern to join our team. You will work on ensuring high product quality, identifying issues, and improving user experience while collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, UI, regression, and integration testing on web applications.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs, coordinating with developers for timely resolutions.
  • Validate features against acceptance criteria before deployment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • React & TypeScript (fundamentals and practical exposure).
  • REST API testing using Postman (or similar tools).
  • React Testing Library & Jest for UI and unit testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, STLC, and bug lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of test case management/defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to Redux Toolkit, React Router, and component libraries like Material UI (MUI).
  • Basic experience with automation testing (Selenium, Playwright).
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum practices.
