Job Title: Civil And Structural Head

We are seeking a seasoned Civil And Structural Head to lead our project delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-time delivery of projects in accordance with civil and structural requirements.
  • Supervise and ensure the feasibility of project execution, ensuring profitability and adherence to construction activities.
  • Collaborate with site execution teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and analyze project deliverables, aligning them with project schedules and sequence of construction activities.
  • Extend support to contracts departments and site execution teams for pre-bid queries and other aspects of design.
  • Ensure completion of base design and detailed engineering, adhering to project schedules and submission of drawings and documents.
  • Facilitate the application of relevant international standards and codes on design and drawings, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Stay updated on latest technological trends and provide technical expertise to the team.
  • Undertake risk analysis to inform clear decision-making and facilitate manufacturing clearance issuance.


Requirements:
  • Proficiency in structural components of substations, including steel structures, RCC structures, and geotechnical aspects.
  • Knowledge of site conditions (topographic and environmental) for consideration in design calculations.
  • Familiarity with site input parameters for interaction with project engineering managers.
  • Operating network: EDRC head, respective heads of engineering, operational heads, project engineering managers, clients, and consultants.
  • Key value drivers: productivity, on-time delivery, strike rate of tenders, customer satisfaction, digitalization.
  • Software skills required: STAAD, ETABS, AUTOCAD, REVIT, TEKLA, and MS Office.
