Business Insight Analyst

A Business Insight Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business growth by extracting insights from data. They collect, analyze and interpret data to uncover patterns, build predictive models and communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business analysts use statistical methods to collect and organize data, leveraging problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Developing effective solutions to problems encountered during data collection and cleaning, as well as in building statistical models and algorithms.
  • Gathering data from multiple sources and preparing it for analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Analysing large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and patterns, revealing valuable insights.
  • Designing and developing machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve business problems, optimising results and improving outcomes.
  • Validating findings using statistical techniques, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of conclusions drawn.
  • Creating clear, engaging visualisations and reports to communicate results effectively, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Collaborating closely with various teams to apply data-driven insights, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Analyst or Data Analyst roles (SFIA level 3-4).
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, AWS and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of MLops scalability and model development.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual.
  • Ability to collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and across functions.
