Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

  • Job Title: Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German language. The selected individual will be responsible for leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources, managing project progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additionally, they will be required to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, conduct project reviews, and create detailed reports for executive staff.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with at least 8-11 years of project management experience. They should also have proficiency in German, strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, experience in managing medium to large projects, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
