UX Research Expert

We are seeking a seasoned UX research professional to lead strategic initiatives, inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment, and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals and client objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in defining qual and quant research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity. Experience in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Research Goals: Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
