As a seasoned Senior Lead User Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by leading comprehensive research studies to gain deep insights into user behavior and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluative Research: Plan and conduct thorough research studies (e.g., card sort, tree testing, usability, heuristics evaluations) to uncover valuable insights.

Generative Research: Support the development of innovative research methodologies to help define problem spaces and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to synthesize and communicate research findings, defining and measuring success.

Innovation and Challenge: Apply your expertise to create testable hypotheses and use research findings to support, challenge, and innovate product offerings.

Qualitative Analysis: Perform qualitative data analysis and support ongoing coding efforts to ensure accurate and actionable insights.

Methodologies and Tools: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge of human-centered design principles, statistics, and research methodologies to drive product design and development.

Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience, Design, Research, Business, or related fields.

Experience: 4-19 years of conducting user research within a UX team for software/web-based products.

Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices, with a strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and enterprise software development.
