As a Hardware BMS Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge BMS hardware systems. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing BMS hardware systems that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of modules/systems
Key Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EEE)
  • 12-14 years of experience in developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Demonstrated experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS
  • Experience and strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs, etc.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage application such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc
  • Knowledge of PCB layout constraints
Preferred Skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards like IEC61508, ISO26262 when building HW designs)
  • Contactors and Relays
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
