Hardware Engineering Position

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Designer to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in industrial or automotive areas and have a Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with embedded electronics design constraints and system/component design principles is essential.
  • Understanding of EE architecture topologies, safety protocols, and troubleshooting tools is required.
  • Experience with vehicle bus communication protocols (ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS) and thermal management for ECU embedded electronics is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Altium tool (min 6-9 Yrs.) for schematic capture, PCB layout review, high complex multilayer layout design, and PCB design rules is mandatory.
  • A strong ability to participate in and lead schematic and layout design reviews, as well as handle multiple expertise domains, is expected.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of system/component design, experience with EMI/EMC design, test, and troubleshooting, and a strong background in PCB to Mechanical interfaces.
