Accounting Position

This role exists to support the Order to Cash (O2C) workstream.

  • Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts, adhering to contracts, and improving working capital.

The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for performing O2C functions involved in recording transactions of customer billing and revenue in books of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review of customer contracts for billing along with master data preparation.
  • Alignment with different sales teams at various locations for upcoming and existing customers.
  • Monthly Billing and Revenue reconciliations.
  • Handling Journal Entries Creation and Booking, Balance account reconciliations, Month End Close Activities, Bank Reconciliations, SOX Compliances.

The successful candidate should have:

  • A complete understanding of the OTC process.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently.
  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines.
  • Open to UK and US Shift timezones.
