Job Title: Radar Signal Processing Specialist

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of advanced signal processing algorithms for radar systems. As a Radar Signal Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for working in a team to design, develop, integrate, and test radar systems for defense, aerospace, and communication areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop algorithms for radar systems, performing analysis as needed
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to enhance the performance and capabilities of radar systems
  • Develop and simulate digital signal processing blocks using MATLAB/SIMULINK tools for receivers and transmitters
  • Optimize existing algorithms for performance improvements
  • Analyze radar data to validate algorithm performance
  • Use simulation tools to model and predict radar system behavior
  • Integrate signal processing algorithms into radar systems
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Conduct tests and evaluations of radar systems to assess performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to signal processing
Requirements
  • Good understanding of communication type architectures and waveforms
  • Able to perform simulations using MATLAB/SIMULINK tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
