About the Role

The Economic Policy Specialist will play a critical role in analyzing complex economic data and developing evidence-based policy recommendations.

You will work closely with government officials, industry leaders, and academic stakeholders to design, implement, and assess policies aimed at promoting economic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform policy decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of policy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement policies that promote economic growth and development.
  • Draft policy briefs, reports, and presentations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in economic policy analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

a Master's, MPhil, or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputable institution;

minimum 3–5 years of experience in policy research, data analysis, consulting, or academia;

demonstrated expertise in econometric/statistical techniques and data visualization tools;

excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and

ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
