Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain expert level knowledge of products and services, complete all required training and certifications.
- Monitor customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory to drive process improvements.
- Lead daily team huddle and communicate operational updates to ensure alignment.
- Conduct effective coaching and feedback sessions; manage follow-up actions to enhance performance.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises for self and team members.
- Review and analyze B2B Service Cloud and DOMO reports to share performance metrics weekly with stakeholders.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer cases, manage resolution and documentation to deliver quality results.
- Oversee staff scheduling and maintain low attrition rates to optimize team efficiency.
- Validate access to agenda items and ensure compliance with security protocols to safeguard data.
- Display professionalism in all interactions to represent the organization positively.
- Respond promptly to production issues and operational challenges to minimize downtime.
- Promote positive behaviors and recognize team achievements to foster a collaborative environment.
- Provide reporting and analysis results to senior leaders for quality evaluations completed including trend results.
- Stay up-to-date on program and service topics to provide accurate support, including refresher training and new product/enhancement trainings.
- Participate in feedback sessions using Verient application to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and expand on all product and service knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
- Complete all mandatory training courses in a timely manner to meet regulatory requirements.
- Protect customer and internal proprietary information at all times.
- React effectively in demanding situations or short timeline deliverables to adapt to changing priorities.
- Affirm positive behaviors to promote a healthy work culture.
- Collaborate with multiple internal support teams to address customer requests efficiently.
