Finance Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance manager to oversee our organization's entire finance and accounts function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing financial reports, finalizing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance documents.
  • Handling procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, capital expenditure management, salaries, and employee reimbursements.
  • Controlling fixed assets of the company.
  • Conducting financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals).
  • Analyzing financial data and providing cost-saving opportunities to management.
  • Ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Preparing and finalizing income tax returns, monthly GST returns, monthly TDS, and reconciliation of input tax credit.
  • Managing daily cash flow and working capital.

Requirements:

  • Effective leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills.
  • Experience with accounting systems, POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote teamwork.

Candidates should have experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and be well-versed with account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax act requirements.

Candidates with experience in the QSR or Retail industry will be preferred.
