SAP Solutions Business Development Manager

Drive SAP-led growth and build strategic CXO-level relationships as a key member of our sales team.
About the RoleWe are expanding our operations, seeking a driven Business Development Manager with strong customer connections to own end-to-end sales for SAP solutions including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, AMS, Upgrades, Conversions/Migrations, SuccessFactors, SAC, and BTP.
- Develop and execute effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies to prospect, qualify, and close deals with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in mid to large enterprises across the South region.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning sales strategy development and execution for SAP solutions in the South region.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer connects to drive business growth.
- Delivering exceptional results through effective GTM strategies.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in IT/SAP sales or business development with a proven track record of success.
- 3-5 years of experience closing RISE and GROW deals with a deep understanding of SAP's solution, licensing, and service ecosystem.
- Strong existing connects with customers in the South region.
- Hunter mindset with excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Candidate should have strong skills in self-generating pipeline.
