We are seeking a skilled security professional to reinforce the robustness of our high-frequency trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in audits, compliance, and penetration testing.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
    1. Plan and execute penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and submit compliance documentation for external auditors.
  3. Implement robust security controls within CI/CD pipelines, driving DevSecOps best practices.
  4. Ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities and deviations across infrastructure and applications.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant exchange regulations, IT security standards, and compliance requirements.
  6. Provide technical expertise during external and internal audits, ensuring adherence to established policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks, audit processes, and vulnerability management.
  • Hands-on experience in penetration testing, system hardening, and security tooling.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure deployment strategies.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability to balance regulatory compliance and system performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Professional certifications: CISA and CISM.
  • Additional certifications in penetration testing, cloud security, or DevSecOps will be advantageous.
