Flight Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Flight Attendant to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of airline passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by being responsive to their needs and offering assistance whenever required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean cabin environment at all times, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Operate emergency equipment and follow emergency procedures as needed to ensure passenger safety.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks on the cabin and its equipment to guarantee everything is in working order.
  • Assist with loading and unloading passenger baggage while ensuring it is handled with care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Higher Secondary educational qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, providing support to colleagues when needed.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 kg) due to the physical demands of the role.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as per flight schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry, showcasing a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of air travel regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
  • First aid and CPR certification, demonstrating a commitment to passenger well-being.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential.
  • Interact with passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be exposed to aircraft noise, vibrations, and extreme temperatures, necessitating resilience and stamina.
  • Occasionally work in confined spaces, such as aircraft cabins, demanding resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
