Job Title: Lab Setup Specialist.

As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing complex electronics repairs and maintaining high-quality products in an efficient manner. This role involves working with electronic circuits and lab equipment to perform various tasks such as soldering, debugging, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Perform chip-level soldering and debugging on mobile and laptop motherboards to ensure reliable performance and longevity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for product enhancements and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Utilize advanced electronics knowledge to troubleshoot and repair complex devices, applying analog/digital signal processing techniques as needed.
    • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of electronic components, circuit boards, and their applications in various industries.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies in the field of electronics engineering to provide expert guidance to junior engineers.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality within the team.

Requirements:
  • • A strong foundation in Electronic Devices & Circuits (EDC) at the component level is essential for this role.
    • Proficiency in PCB-level debugging and chip-level repair is necessary to ensure high-quality products.
    • Experience with lab instruments, testing tools, and measurement equipment is highly desirable for accurate measurements and data analysis.
    • Expertise in analog/digital signal processing and circuit behavior is critical for identifying and resolving technical issues.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and a methodical approach, are necessary to excel in this challenging role.
