Team Lead Job Opportunity

Our team is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our software development organization.

  • This role involves leading a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of front-end developers to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project execution.
  3. Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
  4. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in front-end development.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve team performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience using React as a front-end development framework.
  • Sound knowledge of front-end development languages, tools, and methodologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and associated technologies and toolsets (e.g. jQuery, Sass).
  • Able to write front-end code that is cross-browser and cross-device friendly, through responsive or adaptive techniques.
  • Working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment is preferred.
  • Experience using Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment.
  • Proven knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of back-end development and database management.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
