Business Rules Specialist

As a Business Rules Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of rule-based systems that govern credit policies for various loan products.
- This role is critical for ensuring that credit policies align with the bank's credit strategy, regulatory requirements, and evolving market conditions.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business rules are effectively embedded in systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of business rules within the credit policy framework.
- Translate credit policies, risk strategies, and underwriting guidelines into technical rules.
- Continuously monitor and refine rules to adapt to policy changes, regulatory requirements, and credit risk strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT-Banking domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
- Knowledge of credit scoring models and loan origination processes.
