Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned trading project manager to lead our high-performing team and develop real-time trading applications using C++ and C# programming languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will oversee team assignments, direct team members to complete tasks efficiently, and optimize codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance in dynamic trading environments.
  • He/She will also be responsible for integrating third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol, broker APIs) with internal systems for seamless functionality.
  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks is another crucial aspect of the role to guarantee platform stability and reliability.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to monitor and support production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Additionally, he/she should create back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategic research and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in team handling and leadership is essential for this position.
  • Proficiency in C++, C#, and related technologies is required.
  • Experience with third-party API integration, such as market data feeds and FIX protocol, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design principles is also necessary.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools is required.
