About the Role:

This position oversees the visual and creative direction of a luxury brand across Amazon customer touchpoints, ensuring designs are presented with clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the visual identity of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Direct all photography efforts by creating clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats.
  • Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
