Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, storyboarding, and campaign execution. They should be able to execute at a high standard, while also guiding others to raise their work to that level.

The role requires someone who can adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability. This involves maintaining and updating brand guidelines and assets, as well as reviewing all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.

We are looking for a mid-to-senior designer with exceptional visual skills, confident in both executing and critiquing design work to professional standards. The successful candidate will be experienced working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality creative assets: social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
  • Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
Creative & Quality Oversight
  • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond 'baseline' execution.
Team & Project Support
  • Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
  • Help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
  • Handle occasional queries related to creative assets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
