Your Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of all creatives—static and video—for our retainer clients across digital platforms. You will understand and deliver on marketing objectives through smart, strategic, and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of design projects from start to finish
  • Collaborating with copywriters and account managers to translate briefs into high-impact designs
  • Leading a small but mighty creative team—to ensure timely delivery of design assets
  • Upholding design consistency, brand guidelines, and creative excellence across all client work
  • Planning, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Requirements:
  • Background experience in the advertising industry—with expertise in digital advertising and campaign management
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Team leadership experience—with a strong grasp of visual communication, layout, branding, and digital aesthetics
  • Able to balance quality with speed and prioritize tasks effectively
