Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at RBL Bank. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a deep understanding of financial products and services. They will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and sell a range of products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers
- Ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and meeting sales targets
- Collaborating with product specialists to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including current accounts, treasury and foreign exchange, lending products, investments, and insurance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and sell a range of products
