Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Techsharks Internet Services Pvt Ltd in New Delhi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services. Additionally, the Client Relationship Manager will be involved in client communications, feedback collection, and service improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with incoming leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and qualify them effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales by closing deals and driving customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up processes.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and customers using CRM tools.
- Continuously track performance against targets and meet/exceed monthly lead conversion goals.
- Provide timely follow-up and support to leads throughout the sales process.
- Resolve any issues or concerns prospects may have to facilitate the decision-making process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong ability to close sales and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple leads simultaneously.
- Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
