Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Leader to oversee the operations of our biofuel/biogas facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant runs efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations to meet production targets.
  • Optimize digestion, gas cleanup/upgrading, compression, storage/dispensing, and utilities.
  • Establish preventive/predictive maintenance routines and drive reliability improvements.
  • Manage external partnerships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and mentor a skilled operations team.
  • Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in biofuel/biogas/CBG or related continuous-process industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in EHS, environmental norms, and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
