As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data querying, visualization, and storytelling.

  • Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets to support strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Translate business questions into actionable data queries and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform forecasting and optimization strategies.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
