About the Position

As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in crafting impactful sustainability strategies that harmonize with corporate values and global environmental standards. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance, minimize environmental impact, and drive innovation in sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability initiatives that support long-term environmental objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report environmental performance data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to local and international environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices.
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the company's ecological footprint and ensure business continuity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new technologies, materials, and methods that can enhance sustainability performance.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, or ISO 14001.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way to diverse audiences.
