Are you an experienced investment banking expert seeking a challenging Associate Vice President role? We're looking for someone with expertise in M&A, fundraising, and corporate finance to lead deal execution, client management, and strategic growth.

About the Role
  • Manage transactions from start to finish, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Execute deals across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  • Develop business plans, financial models, and investor decks for fundraising purposes.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities in technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, BFSI, and other sectors.
Skills & Expertise Required
  • Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for financial models and investor decks.
Candidates Must Have
  • MBA/PGDM in Finance/Strategy from top-tier business schools preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA (USA) / FRM certification is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory with a proven track record.
