- C coordinate with external counsel, providing necessary information and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all litigation matters.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in litigation management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian civil and criminal procedural laws.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
- Comfortable with extensive travel, as the role requires visiting multiple states to appear before courts, police, and regulatory authorities.
- Proficient in MS office suite.
